About us
PT Infratech Network Solusindo
A system integrator based in Medan, delivering IT infrastructure for companies, vessel fleets and homes across North Sumatra and beyond.
Helping you find and build the right IT solution.
PT Infratech Network Solusindo is an IT consultant and system integrator that helps businesses plan, build and grow their IT infrastructure.
Every customer needs something different, so we do not push one solution onto all of them. We can take on consultation and planning, hardware supply, installation, configuration, integration, and support once the system is running.
The work covers network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, CCTV, PABX, servers, cloud and connectivity, for enterprise, maritime and residential requirements.
You decide what you need. We help work out the best way to deliver it.

How we work
01
Consultation & survey
We take in the requirement, the problem, the site conditions and whatever is already installed, before settling on a solution.
02
Solution & planning
We put together the solution, design, specification and scope of work against both the requirement and the budget available.
03
Procurement & preparation
We prepare the hardware, materials, configuration and everything else the implementation needs, to the agreed scope.
04
Install, integration & testing
We install, configure and integrate the system to the requirement, then test it to confirm everything runs as it should.
05
Handover & support
Once the system is ready to use we hand over the documentation, then provide support, maintenance and further development as needed.
Service area
Medan and surrounds
Free survey, same-day response for urgent conditions.

Port of Belawan
Maritime work while the vessel is berthed or at anchor.

Brands we handle
Hardware is chosen for the workload and the budget, not for what happens to be in stock. These are the brands we install and maintain most often.
